First FloorThe top floor accommodation is accessed via stairs straight from the front door, leading up to a wc and shower room and separate wc. Also on this floor is a fully fitted kitchen, including fridge, freezer and microwave, with magnificent views of Latrigg and the Skiddaw range, and dining area with six chairs. The lounge is to the front of the property, with feature fireplace and electric fire and modern leather corner unit seating six people. The first single bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, is next door. Second FloorThe second floor comprises two double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and televisions, and a further single bedroom. Each of the rooms has its own sink and mirror.
